One day a backpack designer asked us if we had the buckle operable even when wearing gloves in mountains in winter. The request triggered the development of XSR, the buckle with great operability.

Thanks to the maximized release area, you can grip the release part easily even when wearing gloves. This design is “finger-introducing shape”.
The big and thick tongues at the inserting ends enable you to adjust belt length with gloved fingers, preventing fingers slipping from the buckle.
The tapered inserting ends also help to buckle by touch or in the dark.
