Thinness is important for belt buckle for pants. Most belt buckles use front-release buckle (front-push buckle), but sometimes buckle is caught in belly fat and cannot be easily released when you push it. “If you can’t push it, pull it” So we started developing the buckle that can be released by pulling.

We drastically changed the locking structure of the traditional front-release buckle and developed BBS20, the belt buckle whose catcher has spring performance. By changing locking structure, BBS20 became thin and it was no longer caught in belly. You can unbuckle by just flipping its tongue as shown in Pic.3.

New belt buckle BBS20 which is clearly different from conventional products was sprung from the reverse thinking, that is, “If you can’t push it, pull it”.
